Mariner's Game

While we were downtown, we went to an afternoon Mariner's game. It was the first time the kids had been to a major league game, although we've gone to see the Isotope's play before. This was a whole different world!

Our seats were really good club level seats. My dad has a friend who is able to get comp seats, they are in the section for friend & family of employees & players. As you can see, attendance was pretty dismal - probably because the game was on a weekday afternoon, and the Mariner's aren't playing well at all.

A ball park treat. Of course, there was more food than you could possibly imagine available.

This statue is out front. We left after the 7th inning stretch, M's were down 1-4. Wouldn't you know, they came back and won it, 5-4! This was the week before Griffey retired; however, he was not playing that day or even at the ballpark, as far as we could tell.
