CareBear Birthday

For AnneMarie's 4th birthday we had a "girls only" Carebears party. We ate pizza, played "pin the heart on the carebear", opened presents, watched a Carebear movie, ate cake, and played outside. AnneMarie had a great time. She got four birthday phone calls (Great Gram, Grandma Nancy & Papa Bob, Bible class teachers, & Aunt Jenny), which she was a bit too busy to pay attention to. She got a glow in the dark carebear (and an enourmous card) from Julia. I think everyone had a great time. The guests were her cousins Julia, Sydney and Lily, and her friend Jade (who helped blow out the candles!).

Little Safari Club

On the last day of Little Safari Club, we went to the Rio Grande Nature Center. We saw hummingbirds, turles, ducks, geese, frogs, squirrels, lizards, dragonflies, and many other birds and bugs.

Build-A-Bear Workshop

AnneMarie got to go to Build-A-Bear for the first time as a prize for learning the potty. She picked out a sparkly pink cat, which she named "Cici Cat." She enjoyed the whole thing, especially "washing" the bear afterward. Jack, as you can see, thought the stuffing of the animal was a bit loud. She picked out a fairy outfit for her cat to wear.
