AnneMarie's Slumber Party!

AnneMarie wanted a sleepover party for her 7th birthday. At first I said she was too young, but then I realized, she has three girl cousins her age, and that was plenty of people for a slumber party! So Julia, Sydney & Lily all came over. Jack hung around for a lot of the party, but then went to Grandma's for his own sleepover so the girls could have their slumber party.

AnneMarie requested chef salad for her birthday dinner. Of course, she doesn't actually eat lettuce. She just likes all the other things that go on top of a chef salad.

AnneMarie did not want any special activities during the party, she just wanted to play! They got in a little outside time in the backyard. Not sure why she has such a long face in the photo above.

Jack was so excited to give his sister more Zoobles ... so he can play with her! The big thing is a carrying case for 20 zoobles. Hopefully we will never own more than can fit in the case. ;)

Grandma & Papa gave AnneMarie a seashell decoration that I made at the beach when I was a kid.

Tongue tattoos! Basically candy on a sheet of paper that you let melt on your tongue, and if you do it right, it leaves a clear impression that lasts for a short while.

AnneMarie doesn't care for cake, so we had cinnamon rolls and sang Happy Birthday at breakfast.
Everyone survived our first slumber party, although we are still recovering a couple of days later!
