Cool Dude

Jack was waiting by the back gate to show Daddy his crazy outfit tonight ... as soon as Nathan came in, he started saying "Cheese!" so Daddy would take his picture!

Jack's 2nd Birthday Party

Jack had his birthday party on Saturday, it was a Monsters, Inc. party. He had a lot of fun with his cousins! Just like on Christmas, he got hooked on the very first gift he opened (an Elmo book) and it took a lot of convincing to even get him to open anything else. But he has been playing with his new toys ever since, and especially enjoying the books and puzzles. We had pizza, cupcakes and ice cream. Jack was so excited from the party he was awake until 10 p.m. that night!

Swimming!

We went swimming with Grandma & Papa at the indoor pool, but it was a bit cold. Jack was turning blue and had to get out early. As always, AnneMarie had a great time in the water.

Lego Mosaics

AnneMarie got this fun project from Aunt Aleigh for Christmas. You place the clear grid on top of the picture, then fill in the picture with tiny colored legos. Both girls enjoyed it and found it challenging, it took them 10-15 minutes to finish one. Jack was disappointed because we wouldn't let him touch it.
